Nicotine level and scale for smokers - Understanding Nicotine levels

0 mg (White Cap)
Zero nicotine obviously has no nicotine and is useful to mix into the 3 mg or 6 mg to lower the over all nicotine level without impacting on the flavour of your juice. This is very helpful at giving you the flexibility to control the nicotine levels.

3 mg (Blue Cap)
This is the level for most smokers who smoke a few smokes a day to a pack or more. Yes that's right as all of our Move to Vape devices are quality modern sub-ohm machines and able to extract the nicotine efficiently. At this level the vape it should not be harsh or hard on your throat. As a general guide this level of nicotine will keep the wolf from the door and stop you craving cigarettes.

6 mg (Green Cap)
This level of nicotine may be considered high, and may be uncomfortable for most non-smokers. If you are a heavy smoker you might consider it, as it may be right for you, but the side effects could be a harsh or hard hit or feeling on the throat. You could consider a 3 mg nicotine level and vape more often for a better experience. Vaping more often will effect battery life of your vape.
