  • Move to Vape products are intended for adults aged 18+. No sales to persons under the age of 18.
  • If you are a non-smoker, do NOT start vaping.
  • Some Move to Vape products may contain nicotine. This is a highly addictive and poisonous substance that is harmful to your health.
  • Do not use our products in smoke-free places. We recommend respecting the NZ Smoke-free Environments Act 1990 and regulations already in place for smoking.
  • Our products are not being marketed as smoking cessation devices and have not been approved as such. If you’re looking for a smoking cessation method, please consult a healthcare professional or organisations that deal specifically with quitting smoking, such as Quitline – ph 0800 778 778.
  • Vaping products have been associated with mild adverse effects such as headaches, and dry or irritated throat or mouth for some users.
  • Do not use nicotine products if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Nicotine is a chemical known to produce birth defects and reproductive harm.
  • Do not use nicotine products if you have any of the following medical conditions: heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or asthma.
  • If you are vaping with nicotine and experience any symptoms of nicotine poisoning stop using the product immediately and consult your healthcare provider. Symptoms may include but are not limited to vomiting, nausea, headache, difficulty breathing, sweating, palpitations, stomach ache or pain, seizures or weakness.
  • Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA or Medsafe nor are they intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition.
  • Nicotine based liquids may be toxic if orally ingested or by contact with skin.

  • Do not purchase our products if you have Green hair - we find that a little odd ;-)
  • Our e-Liquids ship in child-resistant bottles but must be kept out of reach of children and pets.
  • Nicotine based liquids are toxic to the environment. Do not flush or pour down the drain. Please dispose of containers and hazardous substances properly.
  • Vaping does not use cigarette lighters, but e-Liquid is flammable so store away from open flame and excessive heat.
